Of late, hydrogen has emerged an alternative fuel in running the car and is becoming increasingly popular because the source of this fuel is water, which is freely available everywhere. Since, water is made up of hydrogen and oxygen, the hydrogen from water is separated through the method of electrolysis, thus acting as a fuel to the car.
In fact, hydrogen does not wholly replace the fuel. A device called hydroxy or hydrogen cell which contains two parts of hydrogen and one part of oxygen feeds into the engine chambers, with the mixture of fuel and air which enhances the burning process. This drastically reduces the utility of fuel by more than thirty percent. These hydrogen cells can also be built by a person at home, since it is not a difficult task.
Clearly, the greatest advantage of a hydrogen car is the increase in miles per gallon which ranges anywhere from fifty to hundred percent. This is also less expensive than a hybrid car which also contributes to fuel efficiency. The HHO generator is the device that separates hydrogen molecules from oxygen and that hydrogen is used to fuel the car.
Since, water is available in abundance there is no reason that there would be scarcity of water or hydrogen to be used as a fuel. Since hydrogen is a light element, the weight of the fuel is also much reduced and it has no smell.
The advantages of hydrogen fuel are endless. The byproduct of hydrogen fuel is only water. Since the hydrogen is extracted and consumed as the car is driven, it is quite safe (keeping in view that hydrogen is a highly combustible gas). With a constant search for alternative sources of energy due to the soaring prices of oil, hydrogen has come as a solution for reasons more than one.
Hydrogen is also a non depleting resource and burns more cleanly than petrol. Scientists are constantly researching to overcome the drawbacks to make the use of hydrogen cars on a large scale. Hydrogen is less expensive than gas or diesel and thus hydrogen cars are designed to offer better mileage than other types of cars. The US government provides tax rebates for hybrid and hydrogen cars which emphasizes the advantages of hydrogen cars.
But some people argue that hydrogen cars are quite expensive and there are not many gas stations for refueling. But these hurdles can be overcome in course of time because the burning problem is the rise in the price of fuel and it is imperative to find and support alternative fuel resources and vehicles that run on them. In this context, hydrogen cars should be welcomed and encouraged to help not only in the economy of an individual but also of the country as a whole.

I told everyone I would share all my results either good or bad to try and help anyone who wants to try this. Here are the first results after I have the HHO device installed. While a long way from impressive I am getting slightly better fuel economy than normal. I have not installed any type of EFIE of MAP/MAF. This is just 5+lpm HHo to the engine at 65 to 70 amps power draw.

There was a question raised about both analog and digital meters missing some of the harmonics of the waveform. I am sure that this is true, so that would mean that my cell meter in fact may be reading low, thus the over unity reading would be higher than I said. Now I am not claiming over unity across the cell, simply it is a series circuit with one amp meter from the P.C. supply and the other is between the mosfet and the cell in the same path, but its 12 volts dc across the whole circuit. http://www.hohcells.com Tests conducted on 2.4HP petrol engine (generator) using made on demand HOH. Engery input 1.3kW from mains power engine RPM 2200. Engine is started on Petrol, then fuel is switched off. Petrol in carby is exhausted after approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds. If you listen you can hear the pitch and RPM change when petrol runs out

I have been asked to show how to build spirals. Since for many people it is much easier to buy 1/12 of an inch 316 L Stainless Steel welding wire or a 1/8 of an inch wire,(instead of plates or tubes) I figured that for those of you who do not have the practical skills this video might just be a little hint and a help on how to proceed.
This is a new configuration of the housing with the same plate arrangement.I have increased the wire size to #6 stranded copper.I used 5/16 brass bolts and brass nuts and washers at the electrical contact points inside at the stainless conductor strips and outside at the copper wire terminals.I put 1 1/4 inch diameter zinc plated steel washers between 5/16 split ring lock washers to act as cooling fins.I changed the stainless electrical conductor strips connecting the plates to the brass bolts from the 1/2 inch wide strips to a much thicker gauge and about an inch wide strip of stainless.After the run you see here the inside water temp was about 170 degrees F. I dissassembled and inspected the parts to find Heat damage to the home made hdpe washer on the negative terminal on the inside of the housing.This conductor strip is much shorter than the corresponding positive conductor and I believe the positive strip benefited by being cooled by the solution.I also noticed as the solution turned red from what I believe is iron coming from the plates production increased a lot as evident from the increase in flame size and temperature.The climbing temperature of the solution also probably increased the gas output also.

This Super Cell has the size you want it to have. If for your application you discover you need more output, you can stock it up and make a larger cell. I only use a 12 volts car battery as a power source. No PWM’s or any other electronics is used in my experiments yet.

New spiral cell + test of all cells. The spiral is handmade and absorbs about 32 amps (12 volts) and when I have the casing active it goes to 44 amps but the production remains comparable to the 32 amps: I am realizing that good building skills and equipment are a nice thing to have, but in hydroxy production once the cell is perfect unless you are connecting it to a sofisticated fine tuned electronically advanced electric system you go nearly nowhere, you remain stock.
