HHO test with air
This video shows the new configuration for increased HHO flow rates. There is a primary bubbler/reservoir that will stop flash before the cell. That is what blew up in the previous video because my flow was too much for the small diameter tube backflash arrestor. That arrestor works fine for low flow rates until the bubbles inside get too close together.
The new setup includes a primary bubbler, secondary blow off scrubber filled with vinegar, dryer tube with dessicant between bronze wool, flow meter and several check valves before the first primary defense.

Ford Explorer HHO and EFIE MAF affects
Monitoring the oxygen sensor output you can see the affects of the hho and how the EFIE and MAF adjustments affect the ECU. My 1992 Ford Explorer with the 4.0 Liter V6 uses at HEGO Heated Electric Gas Oxygen sensor and the ECU changes the Air Fuel mixture every 2 to 4 seconds between rich and lean ensuring the Oxygen sensor crosses the 400mv level.

I have a 2nd gen installed to the air intake. It should also be noted that my air filter is filthy and is likely blocking much outside air. It is my theory that because of this, the oxygen from the air intake gen is not tripping the MAF sensor and helps explain why my o2 sensor hasn’t been giving me problems.
My average mileage (mountains, some city and hwy)was about 70 MPG during the summer months; but now that it’s getting colder out the mileage is dropping some. With daytime highs around 47 degrees F, it averages around 61MPG hwy and 54 MPG overall.
Four family members of mine have the same setup on theirs (minus the copper tubing); and only two are getting good results.
p.s. My car doesn’t sound like that in person. I don’t know why the camcorder mic went haywire when I turned the engine over on this vid. Refer to my previous video if you don’t believe me.

I am a perfectionist in doing things right the first time. During the demonstration I try to perform the demonstration as if everyone is watching the video was doing it themselves along with me. During my video I try to do things to prevent skepticism. Before I put this welding machine on a trial run on my vehicle I will be using scientific equipment to make sure that there is no sodium hydroxide passing through the tube on a regular basis into the engine. During the demonstration there was a 20 foot hose running from the welding machine to the flashback arrestor an additional 15 foot from the arrestor to the automobile. The flashback arrestor at that moment of time was acting as a fluid separator only allowing the HHO gas pass through it. In addition I will be checking with the Chevrolet dealership electrical department to make sure that the alternator is putting out enough energy to run my electric inverter taking the power from DC to AC to run the welding device. If we cannot run the inverter to the welding machine that we will have to bypass the AC power supply on the welding machine and go into the DC portion of the machine to perform the same functions as if it was plugged into the AC. Before we do that we would try this simple way first using our inverter to simplify the installation.

Ian’s CJ-7 has an Electric motor and a lead battery bank that can get 50 miles on a charge. What if you found a way to STAY PLUGGED IN? REV and Dr. Eaton have done just that with a gas electric generator on a trailer that keeps the Jeep’s battery pack charged.

http://happyhandyman.net demonstrates how much hydrogen gas production it takes to run a 4-runner. A minutes worth of production is stored in a balloon, then diverted into the plenum and only runs the motor for a few seconds. We have a long way to go and it looks like the next step is car computers that are programmed to optimize on HHO Gas.
Why does an array of HHO fuel cells improve gas mileage…only sometimes? Because pure Hydrogen and Oxygen gas (40/60 by volume at atmospheric pressure) enhances combustion efficiency to a point. At some point, the increased heat from hydrogen burning at temperatures similar to 135, car computers respond by dumping more gasoline into the fuel mixture in order to cool the motor. Then mileage goes down.

HHO Dry Cell Installed In 89 Ford Mustang #6
I have been working on a Dry Cell or SSC (Sealed Series Cell) design for a YEAR now for my mustang. I finally came up with a design that meet and exceeds my design criteria. 1) It has to be capable of 2 Litter per minute or better of production. 2) Draw less than 25 amps while producing 2 Litter per minute. By using two individual cell sandwiched together with the magnetic fields aligned, a spacing of 3/32, and a High electrolyte concentration I was able to meet my goals.
The cell has 14 plates total. They are 6 x 6 inches. The cell draws 35 amps straight DC but is current limited with a constant current PWM set at 21 Amps. The cell reaches a maximum of 110 Deg on a hot day. I am using a digital EFIE set at 0.22 volts added. I do not have any modifications to the MAP sensor. The MAP sensor is frequency based and I can not find a MAP enhancer for my specific application. The Fuel Pre-Heater is still installed and working fine.
I am currently getting 43 MPG Highway. My stock MPG is 28-29 before HHO . The Modification have raised my Fuel Efficiency by 53%. The car drives and runs just like it were stock with the exception that I am not saving money and not producing any pollution as shown at the end of the video.
I know this Technology to be Fact and I Demonstrate that HHO WORK every time I dive my car.

Hydrogen HHO Four Series Clam Shell Design (UltraSonic Test)
Just going over a new Clam Shell Design put together with rain water, no electrolyte. This is after Annealing of the plates at 1500F then dropping them into cold water to remove magnetism.
The Ultra Sonic Fish Pond Fogger is being used to break up the fine HHO bubble formations and immediately clear up the water. This is bringing the bubbles straight to the surface of the cell. Further measurements will have to be made.
This is another interesting concept that might be able to be used for higher efficiency or production.

HHO CELL 3.0 liters in 1 minute
HHO cell in a sealed cell design. Video two. This is the ultimate design secret given to all of you here on youtube. The electrolyte is sodium hydroxide at 3 teaspoons per 1.2 liters of distilled water. Sodium hydroxide runs cooler, won’t eat your plates, runs clean, won’t turn colors, won’t color your plates, does not give off any harmful gasses, does not evaporate (just add more distilled water when needed). (Use distilled white vinegar to nuetralize sodium hydroxide in case you spill some on your skin, use gloves) This is a 10 cell unit that has the perfect 1.25-1.40 volt per cell HHO production vs. amperage usage. This is the scientific target value in hho production. This is the smallest unit to produce this amount of hho. The electrolyte is completely encased within the electrical field to be ultra-efficient. The auto circulation/plumbing system is natural to the design of this hho generator and helps it to stay cool. This test is the second test after warm up. The electrolyte temperature is at 140 degrees in this test (and holding for 1&1/2 hr. total test time) and we are pulling 27 amps and producing 3 liters hho per minute. This test and the startup video are without PWM at 26 and 27 amps and the 3rd video is 2.75 liters per minute at 21 amps w/PWM. I have all the tools onboard to show and test the results which are displayed clearly on the video. I believe this is the most incredible HHO CELL GENERATOR on the net for cars. If i took two units i could produce 5 liters per minute at less than 45 amps. That beats anything out there especially for it’s size. If you want one of these super hho cells that’s been exclusively modified, write me. They are made from 18 gauge 316L stainless steel. The plates are stamped to maintain integrity of the stainless steels properties. I’m glad to give you the most important details in an hho cell design that will lead the future of all car hho cell designs.

HHO CELL 2.75 liters in 1 minute
HHO cell in a sealed cell design. Video three w/PWM. This is the ultimate design secret given to all of you here on youtube. The electrolyte is sodium hydroxide at 3 teaspoons per 1.2 liters of distilled water. Sodium hydroxide runs cooler, won’t eat your plates, runs clean, won’t turn colors, won’t color your plates, does not give off any harmful gasses, does not evaporate (just add more distilled water when needed). (Use distilled white vinegar to nuetralize sodium hydroxide in case you spill some on your skin, use gloves) This is a 10 cell unit that has the perfect 1.25-1.40 volt per cell HHO production vs. amperage usage. This is the scientific target value in hho production. This is the smallest unit to produce this amount of hho. The electrolyte is completely encased within the electrical field to be ultra-efficient. The auto circulation/plumbing system is natural to the design of this hho generator and helps it to stay cool. This test is the third test/video after warm up. The electrolyte temperature is at 126 degrees in this test (and holding for 1/2 hr. total test time past video) and we are pulling 21 amps and producing 2.75 liters hho per minute. The first and second test/video’s are without PWM at 26 and 27 amps and the 3rd, this video is 2.75 liters per minute at 21 amps w/PWM. If i took two units i could produce 5 liters per minute at less than 45 amps. That beats anything out there especially for it’s size. Flash Back Arrestor – Fine Bronze Wool – HHO Heater Update
Just going over a design for a flash back arrestor. Some people have been asking questions related to flash back arrestors when using a hydrogen fuel cell. So here it is. A very easy technique to implement a simple flash back arrestor using fine bronze wool picked up from a local boating supply store. This will be used in future experiments related to a HHO mini torch, and hydrogen heating applications.
There are three known techniques for flash back arrestors that are proven: fine bronze wool, cigarette filter, and a fine (white) fish tank air stone.

Bench test details:
13.6v @ 30A took 30sec to make 1 liter of HHO which is 2lpm. efficiency =4.9mmw. I have had conditioned cells bench test at well over 5.8 mmw using more neutral plates config. I will do another video using 5N plates in a 25 plate cell same configuration to compare efficiencies in mmw.
What i like about 4n is the short time to get to operating temps and you can use less KOH/Ga. to get your amps.
I used 1 tblspoon of KOH/GA. temps were around 100F after 20 min run time. These cells will handle heat pretty good most get to about 140F ater about 5hours of run time at this amperage and can be air cooled to run at 120F.
Production should increase as cells are conditioned on this cell, to well over 2.5 lpm.

I have rebuilt my cell to 5 cells with varied spaces between the cells set up so the negative plates have double spaces and the positives are single.
-ssNssNsNsNs+sNsNsNssNss- and so on, **I did try it in reverse with poor results**
Since current flows from negative to positive my thought was to allow more space close to the source of current and in turn more room for flow. I’m not sure of my results since all my testing so far has been done with the pump running (RIP), should have my pump by Monday at the latest (I hope) and I will run this test again to get a accurate comparison.
On a side note, after yesterdays experiment I have ordered more plates and gaskets from www.fireinthewater.com to use for high voltage testing. If I can get a good result from that then I’ll purchase an inverter an see it that will get my numbers where I want them.
**Extra note** I tried raising my cell up so that the top was near the bottom of my reservior to shorted the return tube height.
Result: good gas flow but almost zero cycling of the electrolyte.
Conclusion: for convection flow a height difference is necessary. However, at a certain point high output of gas will cause the fluid to separate from the gas in the return tube and fall back into the cell.
And I just like the pump.

Closer spacing = more electrical pressure = more current = more HHO gas released from the surface of your electrodes.
Eficiency is what we are after. The greatest amount of HHO Gas – using the least amount of current; but yet producing enough HHO to improve your cars performance and MPG.
A small surface area can produce a lot of HHO Gas; just increase the electrical pressure. You can do that by increasing the voltage source or by increasing the current by lowering the resistance between the plates.
Electrolytes lower the resistance of the water, there by causing an increase in current flow. The more you add, the better the water conducts.
Closer spacing between the plates lowers the resistance there by increasing current flow.
Again – eficiency is what we are after but Brute Force will make a lot of gas.

Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to jump in and show my progress thus far with my HHO project. To describe the cells, the plates are 316L SS, that are 3.5″ by 7.5″ and 20 awg(0.032″) thick. Just for testing purposes and ease of embly they are held together with hot glue gun glue. They are spaced at 0.050″ by means of two razor blades, 0.025″ each superglued together, positioned at each corner while gluing. Also for comparing gas production, the cell on the LEFT has been sanded on both sides of each plate(except for the positive plates, just the inside), first with 80 grit then followed up with 36 grit. The cell on the RIGHT has not been sanded anywhere. Both cells have been ground to a point, top and bottom, to reduce leakage(idea from ZeroFossilFuel). Both cells are arranged +nnnnn-nnnnn+ (also from ZeroFF). The solution mixture is 1.25 quarts of distilled water with 0.26 oz of KOH(100% flake). Right now I only have to experiment with a PC power supply and a 18v Ryobi rechargeable battery. I do have plans for better power sources. Also have plans for a different container to measure gas production.

HHO Over Unity again “analog meters” Pt 1
There was a question raised about both analog and digital meters missing some of the harmonics of the waveform. I am sure that this is true, so that would mean that my cell meter in fact may be reading low, thus the over unity reading would be higher than I said. Now I am not claiming over unity across the cell, simply it is a series circuit with one amp meter from the P.C. supply and the other is between the mosfet and the cell in the same path, but its 12 volts dc across the whole circuit. PLEASE LOOK AT THE RESPONCE VIDEO from Germany on Pt 2..
Up Date: Reviewing my video, I notice that the cell voltage and current draw was some what low.
The problem was yes I was using the 12 volt PC power supply wires but the switch of the power supply main input voltage was set at 220v ac instead 110 v ac. I do this from time to time because its give another range of voltage for testing. So my test is still valid just readings were low. Current at resonance should have been 7 amps without cooling and 8 amps with cooling.

This is a re-test of the video “Over Unity or What” where I wanted to be sure I wasn’t mislead by my cheap digital meters. On both tests I used three capacitors across the shunts of both types of meters.
1 10 mfd
1 .1 mfd
1 .001 mfd
This allows the meters to see only filtered DC current reguardless of the operating frequency.
There was no change in the reading. You will see that the so called over unity is the same reguardless of using analog or digital meters. It is very important that there is a sharp rise and fall to the square wave.
The next step is to switch from the lab box to my modified David Latwon circuit where I have added a level and DC bias control. I hope to see even better results than before. It that works out, then I will add two more rod circuits in hopes of more current using two more modified Lawton circuits at different resonance frequencies. Beyond that I want to look into replacing the rod and the bi-filiar coil with three “Rodin Coils” driving a copper rod.
People who run their cells at 12 to 14.25 volts have to add many bandaids and the problems are never solved.
lets look at the benefits on three volt operation.
1. Little heat crawl
2. Little amp crawl
3. No cell or electrolyte maintiance
4. Need to refill is less
5. No crud or scrum
6. No foam
7. 60 to 70% less power needed.
8. Smaller gauge wire needed.
9. Safe concentrate of electrolyte.
10. Simple cell design or multi plate dry cell design works along as there are no neutrals
11. NO PWM NEEDED
12. Peace of mind

The HHO car cell
Finally I’m ready for a car install. This is going to be a experiment though as well as it will work with brute force electrolysis, and I’d like to try PMW and coil discharge methods as well.
Thanks to CSIROCKSUS for his screen design with the killer output. I’m not sure that I’ll be using the PC PS and inverter for power supply that he gets great output with.

I put the amp meter on the coil and the HHO cell and showed the readings. I don’t know if I have the circuits correctly setup and If I do…It seems that the coil is just acting like a transformer from vac to vdc. It is near equal amps going into the coil as is going into the HHO cell in addition I am getting work from the motor and producing HHO Gas… Thoughts???
