We had a total of five plates that we took apart and we rolled two of the stainless steel screens trying to duplicate Stan Meyers invention because he was using stainless steel pipes. I am a perfectionist in doing things right the first time. During the demonstration I try to perform the demonstration as if everyone is watching the video was doing it themselves along with me. During my video I try to do things to prevent skepticism. Before I put this welding machine on a trial run on my vehicle I will be using scientific equipment to make sure that there is no sodium hydroxide passing through the tube on a regular basis into the engine. During the demonstration there was a 20 foot hose running from the welding machine to the flashback arrestor an additional 15 foot from the arrestor to the automobile. The flashback arrestor at that moment of time was acting as a fluid separator only allowing the HHO gas pass through it. In addition I will be checking with the Chevrolet dealership electrical department to make sure that the alternator is putting out enough energy to run my electric inverter taking the power from DC to AC to run the welding device. If we cannot run the inverter to the welding machine that we will have to bypass the AC power supply on the welding machine and go into the DC portion of the machine to perform the same functions as if it was plugged into the AC. Before we do that we would try this simple way first using our inverter to simplify the installation.

I have been working on a Dry Cell or SSC (Sealed Series Cell) design for a YEAR now for my mustang. I finally came up with a design that meet and exceeds my design criteria. 1) It has to be capable of 2 Litter per minute or better of production. 2) Draw less than 25 amps while producing 2 Litter per minute. By using two individual cell sandwiched together with the magnetic fields aligned, a spacing of 3/32, and a High electrolyte concentration I was able to meet my goals.
The cell has 14 plates total. They are 6 x 6 inches. The cell draws 35 amps straight DC but is current limited with a constant current PWM set at 21 Amps. The cell reaches a maximum of 110 Deg on a hot day. I am using a digital EFIE set at 0.22 volts added. I do not have any modifications to the MAP sensor. The MAP sensor is frequency based and I can not find a MAP enhancer for my specific application. The Fuel Pre-Heater is still installed and working fine.
I am currently getting 43 MPG Highway. My stock MPG is 28-29 before HHO . The Modification have raised my Fuel Efficiency by 53%. The car drives and runs just like it were stock with the exception that I am not saving money and not producing any pollution as shown at the end of the video.
I know this Technology to be Fact and I Demonstrate that HHO WORK every time I dive my car.

Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to jump in and show my progress thus far with my HHO project. To describe the cells, the plates are 316L SS, that are 3.5″ by 7.5″ and 20 awg(0.032″) thick. Just for testing purposes and ease of embly they are held together with hot glue gun glue. They are spaced at 0.050″ by means of two razor blades, 0.025″ each superglued together, positioned at each corner while gluing. Also for comparing gas production, the cell on the LEFT has been sanded on both sides of each plate(except for the positive plates, just the inside), first with 80 grit then followed up with 36 grit. The cell on the RIGHT has not been sanded anywhere. Both cells have been ground to a point, top and bottom, to reduce leakage(idea from ZeroFossilFuel). Both cells are arranged +nnnnn-nnnnn+ (also from ZeroFF). The solution mixture is 1.25 quarts of distilled water with 0.26 oz of KOH(100% flake). Right now I only have to experiment with a PC power supply and a 18v Ryobi rechargeable battery. I do have plans for better power sources. Also have plans for a different container to measure gas production.

HHO Over Unity again “analog meters” Pt 1
There was a question raised about both analog and digital meters missing some of the harmonics of the waveform. I am sure that this is true, so that would mean that my cell meter in fact may be reading low, thus the over unity reading would be higher than I said. Now I am not claiming over unity across the cell, simply it is a series circuit with one amp meter from the P.C. supply and the other is between the mosfet and the cell in the same path, but its 12 volts dc across the whole circuit. PLEASE LOOK AT THE RESPONCE VIDEO from Germany on Pt 2..
Up Date: Reviewing my video, I notice that the cell voltage and current draw was some what low.
The problem was yes I was using the 12 volt PC power supply wires but the switch of the power supply main input voltage was set at 220v ac instead 110 v ac. I do this from time to time because its give another range of voltage for testing. So my test is still valid just readings were low. Current at resonance should have been 7 amps without cooling and 8 amps with cooling.

This is a re-test of the video “Over Unity or What” where I wanted to be sure I wasn’t mislead by my cheap digital meters. On both tests I used three capacitors across the shunts of both types of meters.

This allows the meters to see only filtered DC current reguardless of the operating frequency.
There was no change in the reading. You will see that the so called over unity is the same reguardless of using analog or digital meters. It is very important that there is a sharp rise and fall to the square wave.
The next step is to switch from the lab box to my modified David Latwon circuit where I have added a level and DC bias control. I hope to see even better results than before. It that works out, then I will add two more rod circuits in hopes of more current using two more modified Lawton circuits at different resonance frequencies. Beyond that I want to look into replacing the rod and the bi-filiar coil with three “Rodin Coils” driving a copper rod.
People who run their cells at 12 to 14.25 volts have to add many bandaids and the problems are never solved.

We ran another test again on June 6, 2008 and our findings were as follows. When the engine is not getting enough HHO Gas and it is running slow as you see in the video it has the tendency of backfiring. We doubled the balloons one inside another that add more pressure and the engine ran a lot faster without any backfires. We will be doing another demonstration video demonstrating with the welder producing the hydrogen oxygen gas.

HHO Gas Lemon Juice process after 40 hours April 3, 2008
Welcome back to everyone following my process of the development stages. This lemon juice concentrated has run approximately 40 hours. After all the run time there has been no deposits on the bottom of the container and no scum floating on top of the water. Throughout the entire process even though that the water change color because of the natural lemon juice there was no loss in production of hydrogen and oxygen gas during these changes. If you watch closely you will see white sparkles of water droplets in the video of water droplets being forced out of the water. These water droplets are being forced out of the water due to the hydrogen & oxygen gas escaping quickly. Using the 100% lemon juice it was filtered through 4 layers of paper towel to filter out the lemon pulp.

When stone cold this morning (about 40*F) it only drew 11 amps at 13.5V. Conductivity rises quickly with temp. Volts drop in later measurements because higher current creates more voltage drop in wires to the cell. Heavier gauge wire would have made the amp rise even more dramatic!

March 30, 2008 demonstration using concentrated lemon juice that was Filtered through 4 Layers of Paper Towel to Get Rid of Any of the Pulp for electrolytes to create the hydrogen and oxygen gas. I have looked at many videos on the Internet and everyone is using some type of Baking Soda, Tap Water or Sodium Hydroxide which is a unsafe chemical to use. To everyone watching this video regarding the vacuum valve sensor. The vacuum valve sensor must not get any water inside where the diaphragm is operating or it will keep it in the on position. The diaphragm is a very sensitive rubber piece and water between the case and the diaphragm will keep it in a on position. It is recommended to put it in a enclosed container watertight. I found this out when I had the device setting on the outside of the car testing it and I decided to wash the inside of the engine area with the car in the off position and seen it working still. This vacuum valve was designed for a furnace in a dry environment and I recommend for everyone using one keep it dry.
Regarding the furnace vacuum diaphragm after a period of running the furnace vacuum diaphragm it is such a sensitive unit that a hole developed in the diaphragm causing a vacuum leak. This diaphragm on the furnace vacuum valve is a very thin film around the diaphragm plate inside. I found a company that manufactures vacuum switches designed for automobiles that should arrive at my door on November 12, 2008. When the automobile is on idle this is where the vacuum is at its highest point and if the diaphragm can not handle the intense vacuum it will develop a whole in the diaphragm membrane. I received my O2 sensor box and using it by it’s self on my automobile I have improved my gas mileage from 30-32 Highway to 36-39 Highway until the old furnace diaphragm got a hole in it and then I seen a reduction. I will being doing another test when the new vacuum switch that is designed for the automobile arrived and I would do another O2 sensor box road test. The O2 sensor box controls the manifold O2 sensor and the catalytic converter O2 sensor on the exhaust system. After running a test on the O2 sensor box and showing it on video. I will be adding the hydrogen & oxygen generator back onto the car and showing them running together with additional improvements to the generator because of the winner season arriving in Michigan.
Beware of other individuals selling hydrogen oxygen machines without safety being a number one issue. As you see in my experimental videos, I keep speaking about safety over and over because it is very important to everyone dealing with HHO Gas. HHO gas is extremely explosive and if a Manufacturer cannot show you a video demonstrating their safeties beware of what you buy. This video you are watching shows my complete system on the vehicle. Before it was put on the car all testing was done off the car uring you that the safeties do work as I state. Engine Running on Hydrogen / Oxygen HOH HHO

Engine is started on Petrol, then fuel is switched off. Petrol in carby is exhausted after approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds. If you listen you can hear the pitch and RPM change when petrol runs out

4-24-2008 HHO Gas 15 Pipe embly Test.
We are using stainless steel plates and we are using a plastic cutting board between the stainless steel plates. The purpose of the stainless steel plates are to replace all the wires we used in the past. We will attach one wire to the positive plate and one wire to the negative plate. By doing this it will evenly disperse electricity evenly between all the pipes.
4-27-2008 after three days of testing citric acid in our final results is it does not work after running for a long period of time because all the buildup on the stainless steel. We have found out so far Kool-Aid we have tested over 40 hours of continuous running has worked the best so far. We are now testing now regular tap water and vinegar to see how it performs after a long period of running and if there is any build up. We will let you know the final results of all our natural testing mixtures which works the best at this point of time Kool-Aid is #1 so far we will give you the final results.

HHO gas testing
Here we are cutting/melting various materials. You can see that the flame is not hot at all, I can wave my hand through the flame and it feels only warm. The first item is a thin iron hair clip. Then we are cutting a piece of silicon steel lamination. Then we melt the tip of a 4mm diameter stainless steel rod. The tip is melting, but I can safely hold the other end in my hand and it is only slightly warm. Then we are vaporizing a tungsten rod, you can see that there are lots of fumes. Then again a 1mm thick piece of steel. Then I am demonstrating how the flame condenses into water again. Then we are melting the surface of a ceramic plate (about 10k degrees). And at last we are melting a small piece of glass

The percentage improvement I reported in this video was an anonymily based on one tankful. In reality the average MPG didn’t change all that much WITH THE CELL PRODUCING GAS AT FULL ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE.
But, please don’t let this discourage you. Current experiments producing HHO under vacuum are showing incredible promise. Keep watching and see. This is really getting good now.

First mileage test results are in. 20% increase with no other mods!!! When test started three weeks ago, current @13.8v was ~15A. When measured today it was 6.4A, meaning the electrolyte concentration was depleated over time. Added exactly 2 grams NaOH to restore 15A @ 13.8V.
