Actually I just … Actually I just called it a brick cell because it was as heavy as a brick.

Nice design…Just … Nice design…Just an FYI. A brick cell does not use an enclosure. A brick cell uses only plates and gaskets. The gas production happens between the plates and you never have to worry about heat! Check out my Brick cells so you can get a better idea of how they work.
HHO4ALL Said,
I’m thinking of … I’m thinking of building one with 2 acrylic tubes and some 1/2″ pvc pipe. That should look a little more professional than the Mtn. Dew bottles. Hehehe

drumstick9000 Said,
do you have a … do you have a website that shows how to build this brick cell?
HHO4ALL Said,
I’m actually trying … I’m actually trying to keep the voltage within a range that is similar to what I would be using if I had it connected to my car.
It would be an interesting experiment to see if the amperage did reduce with higher voltage, but unfortunately my converted PC Power Supply only goes up to 12V.
You are absolutely right about higher amperage causing heat issues. I’m trying to keep the Amps low through the use of neutral plates. I will also use better connectors than alligator clips.
reachthelight Said,
Amps will always … Amps will always warm up solution.
What about an higher voltage input ?
As far as I know, you may double voltage to pull half the amps. And get same hho production.
In the main time, your water or solution will heat up half as fast as it was.
I may be wrong in this particular case (hho production), but usually that’s how it works.
Regards, Kevin.
